1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for AMSUN 2026 Conference ("the Conference"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the Conference.

2. Image and Media Rights

By registering for and attending the Conference, you grant AMSUN 2026 and its organizers the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display photographs, videos, and other recordings of you (including your image, likeness, voice, and name) taken during the Conference for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including but not limited to:

• Conference website and social media
• Marketing materials and promotional videos
• Conference proceedings and publications
• News articles and press releases
• Future Conference promotions

If you do not wish to have your image recorded or used, you must notify the Conference organizers in writing at the time of registration, or after registration. Give your full name, phone number and email, a special ticket shall be created for you.

3. Limitation of Liability

While AMSUN 2026 is committed to maintaining a safe and well-organized environment, attendance and participation are at each attendee's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMSUN 2026, its organizers, committee members, sponsors, partners, and venue operators shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, death, or damage to property sustained during or in connection with the Conference
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind
• Cancellation, postponement, or disruption arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental action, or public health emergencies

Attendees participate in the Conference at their own risk and are advised to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance, just in case.

4. Registration and Cancellation

Registration is non-refundable except in cases of Conference cancellation. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the Conference may be eligible for a transfer to a future event at the organizers' discretion.

5. Conduct and Compliance

Attendees agree to:

• Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws
• Respect the rights and dignity of other attendees, speakers, and staff
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Not record or photograph sessions without explicit permission
• Not use the Conference for commercial solicitation without authorization

The Conference organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate these terms.

6. Health and Safety

Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. The Conference organizers are not responsible for providing medical care or accommodating specific health requirements unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be used for Conference administration and may be shared with sponsors and partners. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All Conference materials, including presentations, papers, and recordings, are the property of AMSUN 2026 or their respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

AMSUN 2026 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Conference website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
